Case studies
Work that gets better in practice.
A website is only the front door. These stories show what happens when the idea, the experience, and the system behind it are built to move together.

Capitol Keys / Jesse Island Productions
We turned a networking idea into a night people can play.
Jesse Island started with a better question: what if networking did not feel like networking? Nalo Seed helped turn that idea into a digital layer for the whole room - playful, interactive, and useful before, during, and after the event.
The measurable shift
The room got bigger. The experience got more intentional.
From March to August, check-ins grew from 51 to 86 and recorded connections nearly doubled, from 244 to 426. The latest measured edition also produced 295 challenge completions - more than three times the first measured night.
The product evolution
Every event became a better version of the room.
The platform did not arrive as a fixed event app. It grew through a tight loop: Jesse brought the next idea for the room, the event tested it with real people, and Nalo Seed turned what worked into a durable product surface.
The room became a system
A single QR code brings a guest from the door to check-in, login, their digital card, and the first thing to do next.
Connections became visible
Scan-to-connect and the post-event card window turn a handshake into a durable relationship people can actually follow up on.
The night learned to move
Timed challenges, hidden codes, live TV slides, drink rewards, and a Golden Guest game give the room new energy when it needs it.
Every experiment feeds the next one
Admin analytics, sponsor reports, event readiness, error logs, and post-event recaps make the next edition more intentional than the last.
Built in public. Improved in practice.
The next idea is where the system gets stronger.
In six months, the platform moved through more than 700 commits and 100 PR-tagged delivery passes. That pace is not change for its own sake. It is the loop: a new idea, a real event, a measured result, and a better experience for everyone who comes next.
