Delete your Mission Control account
This page is for the Mission Control by Nalo Seed app for iPhone and Android, published by Nalo Seed LLC. You can delete your account and the personal data tied to it in two ways.
1. In the app
- Open Mission Control and sign in.
- On the Today screen, tap your account button (your avatar, top right) to open Settings.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
The app sends your request and signs you out.
2. Without the app
Email grow@naloseed.com from the address you sign in with. Use the subject “Delete my Mission Control account”. If you cannot write from that address, tell us which address it is and we will check it with you before we delete anything.
Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
What happens next
- We confirm your request by email.
- We finish the deletion within 30 days.
- We email you when it is done.
What we delete
- Your name and email address
- Your sign in and user ID
- Your push notification tokens and phone model
What may be kept
Some of what you did in Mission Control is part of your business’s work records. Your business may keep:
- Messages you sent in shared rooms
- Hours you logged, with their notes
- Tasks you started or finished and content you approved
We remove your name from these where possible. They are kept for as long as your business keeps its work records, or as long as the law requires. To ask about those records, contact your business directly.
