Common questions
Who can use Mission Control?
Teams whose company uses Mission Control. Your employer, or the company you work with, creates your account on hq.naloseed.com. There is no public sign up. If you do not have an account yet, ask your manager or the person who runs Mission Control for your team.
I cannot sign in. What should I do?
Use the same email and password you use on hq.naloseed.com. If you forgot your password, or your account was turned off, contact the person who runs Mission Control at your business. If that does not help, email us.
Why can I not see a tab?
The app shows only what your role allows, and your business sets the roles. If you need a tab you cannot see, ask the person who runs Mission Control at your business.
How do I report a message in team chat?
Open the room, then press and hold the message. Tap Report message, pick a reason, add a note if you like, and tap Send report. The message is hidden for you. Your business’s owners and admins get the report. They aim to review it within 24 hours and can remove the message for everyone.
How do I block someone?
Press and hold one of their messages and tap Block, then confirm. Their messages collapse in every room and they no longer send you notifications. Your admins are told about the block. To undo it, open Settings from the account button on the Today screen, then Blocked people, then Unblock.
How do notifications work?
Notifications are optional and the app works without them. To turn them on, tap Turn on in the card at the top of the Rooms tab, then allow them. To turn them off, use your phone’s settings for Mission Control.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, tap your account button on the Today screen to open Settings, then tap Delete account. You can also ask by email without the app. See naloseed.com/delete-account for the steps and what is kept.
