Nalo Seed is an AI-first marketing studio in Austin helping small businesses get found and grow. We're a small team, everyone wears a few hats, and the work you do ships to real clients in days. We're looking for a couple of people to grow it with us.
We run a lot of our delivery through AI, but the strategy and the client relationships stay human. You'll work at the front edge of that.
We're small on purpose. You won't be boxed into one job description. You'll touch strategy, building, and clients, and you'll grow fast because of it.
We're an Austin shop that shows up for local businesses. Kelly serves on the board of Austin Women in Tech, and we grow through real relationships.
The role we're actively filling
Part marketer, part builder, part strategist. You use AI to turn a client's raw business into real growth: content, campaigns, automations, and the systems that keep them running. If you love turning "we can't keep up" into "it runs itself," this is your seat.
What you'll do
- Use AI to produce marketing content, campaigns, and client deliverables at speed
- Build simple automations that give clients (and us) hours back
- Turn client goals into growth experiments, then measure what actually works
- Wear several hats: strategy one day, hands-on building the next
What we're looking for
- Genuinely fluent with AI tools, and always pushing them further
- Marketing or growth instincts paired with the drive to just build
- Owns outcomes, not just tasks
- Likes variety and doesn't need a rigid job description
