Own it
You own it. We just built it.
Ownership is the part most agencies are quiet about. It is worth being loud about, because it is the part that costs you the most when it goes wrong.

The accounts are in your name
Your domain is registered to you. Your hosting, your analytics, your email platform, your AI tool subscriptions โ all created under your business, billed to you, with you as the owner and us as a collaborator you can remove.
- You can revoke our access tomorrow and nothing stops working
- No "agency-managed" domain that becomes a hostage in a bad month
- If you hire someone else, they get the keys, not a migration project
Your code lives in your repository
When there is software involved, it goes in a GitHub repository your business owns. That sounds like a technicality. It is the difference between having an asset and renting one.
- The full history, not a zip file handed over at the end
- Any competent developer can pick it up
- You are never quoted a price to get your own work back
Credentials, handled properly
Passwords and API keys live in the credentials area of your portal, not in an email thread and not in a shared spreadsheet. When someone leaves your team or ours, there is one place to rotate.
What we manage, and what that means
We run the parts you want run โ hosting, maintenance, uptime, changes, reporting. That is a service you buy, not a lock you cannot open. The line between the two is written down at the start of the engagement, not discovered at the end.
What ownership does not mean
It does not mean everything is free after launch. Hosting costs money, software needs maintaining, and a site nobody updates decays. It means the bill is for work and infrastructure, not for permission to use your own thing.
What we cover
Keeping it running
Hosting, maintenance, uptime monitoring, change requests, your portal login and the monthly report.
Every build we hand over can be looked after this way, or you can take it and run it yourself. Both are real options and neither costs you the code.
Time with us
Working sessions on what to do next, beyond the check-ins already built into an engagement.
Some months you need an hour and some months you need a plan. We scope it to what is actually in front of you.
Pricing is quoted per engagement, and every proposal states what you pay once the build is paid off, in dollars. Start the questionnaire.
Bring the idea.
Tell us what you are trying to build. We will map it out with you: what it takes, what it costs, and which parts you could do yourself.
