INKJACK Privacy Policy
Effective 1 November 2026. Publisher: Nalo Seed LLC.
INKJACK collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no tracking and no ads in this version.
The game works fully offline. To help us improve it, it sends anonymous usage data to our own server when a connection is available: screens and buttons used, settings changed, rooms started and cleared, deaths and what caused them, run times and medals, error messages and crash reports (what the game was doing just before, such as the room, boss phase and frame rate, and where in the game code it failed), the app and iOS version, the general device model (for example iPhone15,2), and a random ID made when the app is installed.
This data is not linked to your identity, your Apple ID or any account, contains no name, contact details, IP address or advertising identifier, and is never sold or used for advertising. It is stored in our database, hosted by Supabase. Like any web service, the hosting provider keeps short-lived request logs that can include an IP address; we do not store IP addresses with the usage data.
Turn it off any time in Settings > About > Share anonymous usage data. The game then stops sending, deletes anything not yet sent and forgets its random ID.
Your settings, records, ghosts and initials are saved only on your iPhone, in the app's own storage. Deleting the app deletes them.
The three-letter initials you type for the local leaderboard stay on your device.
Sharing a results postcard uses the iOS share sheet; you choose where it goes, and we never see it.
INKJACK is a general-audience game and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
If a future version adds ads, purchases or any other data collection, this policy and the App Store privacy label will be updated before that version ships.
